These terms govern your use of the Pinpi website and beta waitlist.
Using the website
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, misuse the waitlist, or use automated systems to abuse the service.
Beta waitlist
Joining the waitlist expresses interest in Pinpi. It does not guarantee access, a release date, a particular feature, or continued availability. We may change, pause, or end the beta or waitlist at any time.
Email communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive signup confirmation, beta access information, and relevant Pinpi product updates. You may opt out of product updates at any time. We may still send essential messages about a beta invitation or your request.
Intellectual property
The Pinpi name, branding, website design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Pinpi or used with permission. These terms do not grant you ownership or permission to copy, sell, or distribute those materials except as allowed by law.
Third-party services
The website relies on third-party hosting, database, and email services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or terms that are outside our control.
No warranties
The website and waitlist are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pinpi disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pinpi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or waitlist.
Changes
We may update these terms as Pinpi develops. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
